Through close collaboration and the sharing of best practices, the members of NWIMCA work together to deliver superior masonry projects for all of the various industry sectors we serve. Our association serves as a hub for masonry skill development by fostering relationships between labor unions, apprenticeship training institutions, contractors, and other industry groups.
NWIMCA is also committed to shaping the future of our trade by advocating for the recruitment and training of mason apprentices. Our association works very closely with journeymen training programs (JTACs) to promote the masonry field and provide opportunities for apprentices to develop their skills. Through these activities, our association is guiding the future of our trade and ensuring that our strict philosophies of quality, safety, and dedication are preserved for generations to come.
